Return Window
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Made-to-order or customised/altered pieces
- Jewellery and accessories, for hygiene reasons, once the seal is broken
- Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
How to Start a Return
Go to My Orders, select the order, and choose "Return" (or contact us if that option isn't yet available on an order). We'll arrange pickup where available.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
